Prayer for Peace As The World Battles Coronavirus Pandemic

Our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth is telling the whole world today that,

 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world".

John 16:33 

As the world is hit with Coronavirus pandemic, there is need to pray for  the restoration of every good thing lost in the world, more especially world peace and unity. 

Lord, the world is not at peace, especially as it is being confronted by Covid-19 pandemic right now.

Families, companies, nations are in confusion and sort of wars.

People are living in fear, and hunger is about taking over the world.

Countries are wasting millions of dollars for making weapons of mass destruction.

Lord God Almighty, all powers belong to You and You alone; we can do nothing without Your help.

Teach men to trust each other and to share the goods of life; without trust there can be no peace.

With trust, we can live without fear and with less worry.

Lord God Almighty, please give all men and nations your gift of peace. 

Do not allow this Coronavirus problem facing the world to continue to get worse each passing day, and do not allow the peace of the world to be broken.
We are on our kneels praying for mercy and forgiveness for the sins of the world; any of our sins that has brought these problems upon the world in the first place, Father Lord have mercy and forgive us.
Wash the whole world with hyssop of the Blood of Your only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ. 

Lord Jesus Christ, You said in John 14:27 that, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid". 


God Almighty, it is this peace we are praying for right now.


Let every dark spot(of sin) in the world receive the light from heaven and be deleted, and let peace, calm, progress and joy return back to the whole world.


 In Jesus Christ Mighty Name we jointly pray, Amen!!!
